Investa selected Artillery to design the refurbishment of the 20 year old North Tower and part South Tower at 485 Latrobe Street. The North Tower was awarded a 4 Star Green Star rating for Design.
The work included re-planning lift lobbies to maximise efficiency of the open plan floors while creating a generous sense of arrival.
Our approach needed to reflect longevity, timelessness and the perception that everything is new with clever re-use.
Efficient and zoned lighting was incorporated.
Bathrooms were redesigned using existing hydraulic points. Waterless and water efficient sanitary fittings were installed.
