Artillery are currently working with Investa and implementing a whole-of-building lift lobby, building amenity and tenancy floor upgrade program for 50 floor flagship building in Melbourne CBD.
The project involves complete refurbishment of the basement shower and end-of-trip facilities, bathrooms and lift lobbies to all floors.
The project includes developing modern standards for base building tenancy floors including ceiling systems, building services, carpet and general finishes selections.
Most recently, the Artillery team has been engaged to reinvigorate the Ground Floor lobby with new furniture selections as well as an extensive lift car upgrade program to all 19 lifts.
Tenancy floor lobbies, amenities and tenant spaces are being progressively refurbished as floors become available or leasing opportunities arise.
A strategic approach is being implemented for the lift car refurbishment which has involved 1:1 prototyping and staging to ensure minimum interruption to occupants and visitors to the building.
Environmental, water and energy saving initiatives are key project drivers.
Improvements to amenities are being considered for equity of access and to the high design standards expected for a premium A-Grade building.
